Truck Loading Labor

Mount Rainier, with Tacoma, Washington in fore...Image via Wikipedia

Why are the rates low?
We use professional movers during their off-duty days or between their regular assignments.

What experience do the movers have?
They are trained movers -- qualified for van line, corporate, and military moving and packing.

How does it work?
Call and schedule the day, time, and place where we need to meet you.

What do I pay for?
You pay the hourly rate for the total time, including the round trip from and to our office.

Do I need to provide the movers with hand trucks or dollies?
No, we use our own equipment and can even bring specialized equipment such as a piano dolly or panel cart.

Do I need pads (thick blankets or quilts used to wrap the furniture)?
Yes, you need lots of pads to load a truck right. If you did not get them with your truck, you will need to buy or rent pads. If you are moving locally, we can rent you a stack of our pads for the day.

What are the rates?
2-man moving crew: $70/hour
Each additional man: $35/hour
Pad rental: $2.00 each per day
Minimum time: 3 hours
